Why this exists

A diagnosis you can document shouldn’t cost a semester of tuition.

Many practices charge $2,600–$6,000 and require 4–8 hours of testing for every client — even when that testing isn’t what the agency requires. For ADHD and psychiatric conditions, a careful clinical evaluation paired with objective, FDA-cleared computerized testing is often exactly what’s needed to establish a diagnosis and the functional impact behind your request.

This service removes the cost barrier for the people it hits hardest — students and early-career professionals — while producing documentation that is rigorous, objective, and built to the standard each exam expects.

Questions

What to expect.

Can you guarantee my accommodations will be approved?

No — and you should be cautious of anyone who does. The decision always rests with the testing agency. What we provide is thorough, objective, defensible documentation built to the standard each agency expects. A 95%+ approval rate since 2018 reflects that quality, but past results are not a guarantee of any individual outcome.

What is the objective testing?

An FDA-cleared, computerized test that objectively measures attention, impulsivity, and activity — the core features of ADHD. Pairing it with the clinical evaluation adds measurable, objective data to your documentation, which is exactly the kind of evidence testing agencies look for.

Do I really not need 4–8 hours of testing?

For learning disorders, a formal cognitive and achievement battery is generally required. For ADHD and psychiatric conditions, agencies typically require a comprehensive evaluation establishing the diagnosis and its functional impact — which a careful clinical evaluation, objective computerized testing, and records review provide. During your eligibility review we confirm the right path for your specific exam and condition.

How long does it take?

Most reports and forms are completed within days of your evaluation and records review. Because agency deadlines are tied to each test administration, we recommend starting several weeks ahead of your filing deadline.

Where do you see clients?

Evaluations are conducted via secure telehealth for residents of Louisiana and California.

Will my insurance cover this?

These evaluations are self-pay. We can provide a superbill you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement, though accommodation evaluations are frequently not considered covered services. You’ll receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before any evaluation begins.

Start with a complimentary eligibility review.

Tell us your exam, your timeline, and a little about your situation — we’ll confirm whether this is the right path before you commit.
